Parking tickets can be found by searching the SUMMONS NUMBER ONLY. Do not search by name to locate a parking ticket. The summons number is the preprinted citation number on the ticket.
Traffic tickets can be found by searching: Last Name, First Name and Summons Number – Last Name, Initial of First Name AND Summons Number - or just the Summons Number.
IMPORTANT!! If you are accepting a Plea Offer on a Traffic Infraction ticket, you MUST first accept the Plea Offer before selecting Click to Pay. Plea Offers will be available 7 business days after the date of violation. SELECTING CLICK TO PAY BEFORE ACCEPTING A PLEA OFFER WILL TRIGGER A GUILTY PLEA TO THE ORIGINAL CHARGE.
